Condition: perfect.
In its kind this is a rare piece and highly dramatic.
The field is based on a blue ton sur ton cloud band design.
The two frames are very decorative.
The inner one is based on ideograms. The main band, on yellow background, is decorated with pairs of facing dragons.
The figures are so stylized that are difficult to distinguish but may be this is the secret of the glamour of this nice carpet.
